Sale of your information
We do not sell your personal information. See Your Rights for details on exercising the right to opt out of sales.
Cookies
Essential items keep the Website and checkout working: the shopping cart, your cookie consent choice, and Google Ads conversion de-duplication. Optional analytics and advertising items are Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta pixel, Microsoft Clarity, StatCounter, and Leadfeeder. In the European Union, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, these are switched on only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. In the United States, you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie choices" link in the site footer; elsewhere, you can change it by clearing this Website's site data in your browser. Declining does not affect your ability to browse or buy.
If you are in the United States, we turn on analytics and advertising measurement cookies by default. You can turn them off at any time using the "Cookie choices" link in the site footer, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request not to be tracked. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before using any optional analytics or advertising cookies. Visitors in other countries can accept or decline optional analytics and advertising cookies using the banner shown on their first visit.
Children's privacy
The Website is intended for a general audience and does not offer services to children. If a child known to us to be under 18 sends us personal information, we use it only to inform them that they cannot use the Website.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, StatCounter, and Leadfeeder to understand Website use and business interest. When these analytics run depends on where you are, as described under Cookies above. To opt out of Google Analytics, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
Service providers we use
Google Analytics provides site usage statistics. Google Ads measures whether our advertising leads to purchases. The Meta pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, measures whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising leads to visits and purchases. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use our pages, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can improve the Website. StatCounter provides visitor statistics and session recordings of how pages are used, without capturing form contents or payment data. Leadfeeder by Pipedrive uses the IP address to identify the company a visitor comes from for business-to-business sales follow-up. Pipedrive is our customer relationship system where form submissions and orders are stored. Supabase is the secure database that receives Website form submissions and orders. Resend sends transactional emails. MailerLite sends security bulletins and product updates to people who opt in. Stripe and PayPal process payments. Vercel hosts the Website. Each provider receives only the information needed to do its job.
Information retention
Form inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Marketing contacts are kept until they unsubscribe. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required for accounting, tax, and PCI compliance obligations.
Direct marketing
We send marketing emails, including security bulletins and product updates, only to people who tick the opt-in box or ask to receive them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We may contact people who submit a form about the request they made.
Third-party websites
The Website may contain hyperlinks to sites operated by others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their contents or privacy practices. Our inclusion of a link is not an endorsement.
Do Not Track
Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your browser. We do not support DNT. You can enable or disable DNT in your browser Preferences or Settings.
Transferring data
We may transfer your personal information for processing to the United States. Your information may be processed outside your country of residence and may be accessible to law enforcement and national security authorities of that jurisdiction. We use standard contractual clauses, additional safeguards, and adequacy decisions to transfer data.
Location of data processing
Our team processes data from our offices in Philadelphia, USA and Larnaca, Cyprus, and the service providers listed above process data in the United States and the European Union.
Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy to this website.
